How Sustainable Packaging Is Created

The Production Process

1. Raw Material Collection

Corn stalks and husks are sourced from local farmers.

3. Shaping and Drying

Pulp is shaped into cups, plates, or boxes and dried using eco-friendly methods.

2. Fiber Processing

The fibers are boiled, softened, and transformed into pulp.

4. Finishing Touches

Products are coated with natural starch for added strength and water resistance.
